Ashley and the six remaining suitors head to Taiwan so she can figure out who take home with her.

Review: The Bachelorette (Ashley Hebert), "Week 7"
(S0707) Ashley is definitely on her way to helping this season of The Bachelorette with the Most Boring award of the entire franchise. The guys are boring, the dates are boring, and she is boring! It is around this point in the season that I am usually most interested in the show because it is almost time for home town dates and all of the annoying men are (mostly) gone, but this season it just isn’t happening for me. I think that if Ashley hadn't spent so much time on Bentley, therefore becoming annoying, this season could have been better.
Out of the men that are left, I like Ames the best, but it looks like Ashley has the most chemistry with Ben. JP seems a little whiny, she wants really nothing to do with Ryan and Constantine is still questioning whether he will be able to propose by the end.
Of the dates this week that took place this week, Constantine had the best with the train ride and the lanterns and the group date was the worst. Well, Ryan really had the worst date by being sent home before the rose ceremony, but when it comes to activities, posing for fake wedding photos isn’t that great of a date. Hello people, you are in Taiwan, think of something better to do!
While on this group date JP was all sorts of mad with Ashley kissing the other guys and he had already been upset before when Ben hadn’t come back until that morning from his one on one date. Ashley reassured him by giving him a rose. I felt like she has done this many times this season where one of the guys is thinking that he isn't good enough and she just gives him the rose. I believe that had happened with Ryan and Blake, making it seem like they were pity roses. Sometimes it feels like Ashley doesn't really think about the decisions she makes. For example, letting Bentley come back to talk to her and then telling the other men about how she had been pining over him for weeks! Not really a smart choice.
Poor Ryan got the early boot and I was a little sad to see him go. Ashley was correct with her decision though because he definitely liked her more than she liked him. The same could be said for Lucas, who was the other man to be sent home. He and Ashley didn’t have that much chemistry either so it was fitting that she chose Constantine, Ames, JP and Ben as the guys she would go to their hometowns with. At this point in the show it looks like Ben and JP are the front runners. With that said, ABC please have Ames be the next Bachelor. He is a catch.
The real reason I tuned in this week was to see Chris Harrison sit down with Emily Maynard to talk about her relationship with Brad Womack. Although it is between the two of them regarding what really went wrong, it was hard to understand what the reasons were based on what Emily had told Chris. Emily did give the impression that she is sad about the whole thing not working out, but it seems like they were having problems compromising on things. The whole thing, thanks to the tabloids, is a mess and now there is another negative mark on the Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise’s record. Deep down I saw this break-up coming, but I for one was rooting for Brad and Emily to make it.

Yes, I agree that this season has been pretty much snoozeville. Wonder if ABC is thinking that Emily should have broken up with Brad faster so that she could have been installed as The Bachelorette ?
