We're trying out a new feature here at the TVGA where we run down recent coverage and take a look (with our TV Geek Army-branded night vision goggles) at what's going on of note and interest for tonight's televised entertainments.
The huge TV fall premiere week continues in earnest, and we were on hand to try to get a little perspective. Check out pilot episode reviews of Detroit 1-8-7, Running Wilde, Chase, The Event, Lone Star (which is already on the cancellation block), Boardwalk Empire, as well as the return of Glee for its second season, and The Venture Bros return for the second half of its fourth season for good measure!
They say the past is prelude. I don't know what means, but what I do know is that there's another full slate of shows kicking off tonight, with ABC going full tilt with a night of comedy and drama that includes the return of Modern Family and Cougar Town, both of which were breakout hits during their first season runs.
