Ramsay and the chefs serve up some BBQ.

Review: Hell's Kitchen, "12 Chefs Compete Again"
(S0705) Autumn is happy with Ramsay's decision to have her switch places with Scott. Fran seems hurt by that even though she's treated Autumn badly.
Next day, the teams get dressed like butchers because they have to catch pigs, each tagged with an ingredient. The object is to grab three pork cuts and three sides. They then pair into teams of two and have 45 minutes to create dishes. Scott takes to control in the kitchen yet in interview says he's going to stand back.
Fran and Nilka serve up Blood Sausage and Prunes. Nilka didn't prick the sausage and it busted open in the oven. Ramsay spits it out and asks whose idea it was to pair them. Benjamim and Ed win the first point with their Bok Choy and Pork Loin dish.
Holli and Siobahn create a Sweet and Sour Apple Pork Tenderloin. Autumn and Jason paired Bacon and Honey in their dish. While preparing it, Autumn suggests adding mustard but Jason disagrees. Ramsay likes their dish but says it's too sweet and needed some mustard to counteract. Holli and Siobahn tie up the match.
Jay and Salvatore's Porkloin Chop and Pinto Beans goes against Maria and Scott's Sweet Potato and Ham Hock Soup. Maria is her overchatty self from nerves. Her dish loses because the Sweet Potato was incorrectly the main ingredient in the soup. Blue Team wins again.
The losing Red Team is given the non-cooking punishment of having to clean the pigs. The Blue Team celebrates with a trip to the Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa. Guys aren't sure what to make of the pampering but enjoy seeing Autumn rub mud on herself.
During downtime as the chefs sit together in their quarters, Holli reveals she has the biggest porn collection of anyone she knows and admits to having filmed herself. Siobahn admits to having worked nude at fetish balls.
Next day, the chefs head into their fifth dinner service. Ramsay decides to have them cook BBQ. Nilka fries chicken at 2pm during prep. Ramsay calls out the entire team asking why this occurred.
The teams alternate cooking and serving and are given two hours to serve the dining room. Maria struggles making crab hush puppies. The ladies and Scott bicker again. Fran does a very good job on appetizers. Ensuring a win for her new team, Autumn encourages burgers to be sent back when undercooked. Scott leaves an oven door open and gets scolded by Ramsay. With a minute to go, Siobahn rushes and brings up a raw burger that Ramsay catches and smashes to bits.
The Blue Team takes the kitchen and the Red team struggles on the floor. Nilka rewrites tickets multiple times. Maria unknowingly takes and enters a table's order that Holli had already submitted, creating confusion, then writes down a wrong item on a ticket.
Jason drops chicken into the deep fryer with the fries and is nonchalant about it when Ramsay catches him. Jason offers an excuse and then starts back-talking under his breath. In the interview, he expects to be sent home if they lose.
The Red team loses again and because Fran was the only outstanding member, she has to pick two nominees. Scott calls out Maria for her poor effort. Siobahn is close to tears because of her struggles. Scott suggests Fran put anyone up with Maria to ensure she will go. Scott is concerned if he's up, both will go home, so he knows he's doing poorly. Fran picks Maria and Nilka, the latter of whom complains about being blindsided. Ramsay asks why not Scott. Fran points out Nilka's poor team spirit. Ramsay calls them both up... and Scott. He quickly sends back Nilka because she wasn't as bad as the remaining two and suggests she stand next to Fran. Maria is sent home in the end.

Also, I find it a bit odd that the "big" prize / punishment comes from the equivalent of the "quick fire" versus the main event. Of course, elimination is the ultimate punishment and staying on the ultimate reward (in theory) but it's still a bit strange, don't you think ?
