While I enjoy seeing things and people I admire get recognition, I've never been much of an awards person. I suppose it's because I so often disagree with the selections and winners chosen (see: 7 Sucky SAG Snubs). Also, I find watching awards shows to be intensely boring and contrived.
Here's something else I'll admit: I've been looking forward to tonight's edition of Celebrity Apprentice all week long. I'm excited about the cast and look forward to cheering on my "top tier" as long as they can manage to avoid getting axed by The Don.
I came within inches of bailing on Luck, but last week's episode pulled me just back from the ledge.
Can one scene reinvigorate a series? The Walking Dead zoomed from decently interesting to the intensity that burned through most of its short first season at the end of last week's "Nebraska." Here's hoping we're in for quite a sprint here.
I caught the Life's Too Short series pilot a few days ago and that it was just so so. However, Liam Neeson's cameo was brilliant.
